Role OverviewThe Dealer Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening dealer networks to drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and expand market presence for Warehousing/Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The role demands strong relationship-building, channel management, and business development skills. Key Responsibilities- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers in assigned territory.- Manage existing dealer partners to ensure consistent performance and sales growth.- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through the dealer network.- Conduct product trainings, sales support sessions, and performance reviews for dealers.- Monitor dealer performance, inventory planning, and market coverage.- Resolve dealer issues, including pricing, service coordination, and order management.- Drive marketing initiatives, local promotions, and lead generation through dealers.- Track competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decisions.- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and reporting schedules. Desired Candidate Profile:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field.- 4-6 years of experience in channel/dealer management, preferably in MHE, industrial products, or capital equipment.
