The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support and service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The executive will also handle calculations related to sales processes, assist with resolving distributors issues efficiently, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.- Sales follow up- Monitor the branch and online sales and update in the TIS.- Manage the bonus calculation of the distributors and share the data with Regional Manager & Finance- Understand the current and future product promotional policies, tour policy etc. and promote in the market and guide them to achieve the target.- Coordination for branch programs, Passport collections from tour policy achievers, collect new rank achievers Photo to publish in the website.- Prepare Monthly reports like (Error Reports, Return Bonus, Sales Reports, Accounts & PAN).- Managing Customer Service operations of Branch.- Collecting New Rank achievers photo in monthly basis & submitting it to Chennai Customer Care Head Office.- All updates, Online & Offline joining document verification, Online orders.- Query related Online orders should be solved with the help of Finance & Warehouse.- Attending calls & solving the distributor issues.Qualifications :- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written- Any Graduate with 2 Years of experience- Proficiency in MS Office, Customer support, handling and resolving customer queries, and maintaining databasesIf interested, share your CV (ref:updazz.com)
