We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of prior telecalling or customer service experience and should be confident in handling outbound and inbound calls.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential leads and pitch our products/services clearly.- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.- Build and maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.- Convert leads into successful enrollments/sales as per targets.- Maintain detailed call logs and client information using CRM tools.- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to maximize conversions.Requirements:- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.- Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.- Ability to work under targets and handle pressure professionally.- Positive attitude, active listening, and problem-solving skills.- Note: Only female candidates are required.
