Kindly share you CV on 9311350356Job description :- Wipro is hiring freshers with excellent communication (Work from Office)- Only Graduates/Post graduates can apply (B.A, B.sc, B.com, BBA, M.A, M.sc, M.com, Btech).- Fully Vaccination is mandatory.Roles & Responsibilities :- Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.- Meet Customer service call handling quotas.- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and tools.- Fluent Communication skills is utmost priority- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.- 5 days working with 2 rotational week off.- Cab Facility will be provided only for night shift (odd hours)- Candidate must be fully vaccinated and comfortable for WFO.- Must have Excellent communication skills.
