By offering mentorship, resume building, mock interviews, and strong industry connections, The Skillians focuses on making tech education accessible and career-driven.- Position: SALES MANAGER- Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in education sales (EdTech preferred), Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2C setting. Experience in leading, mentoring, or training junior sales staff. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving ability in a high-pressure environment. Bachelor s degree required (MBA is a plus)- Location: Paras Trinity, 10th Floor, Sector 63, Gurugram, Haryana- Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)- Timings: - 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday - Saturday) - 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition : Drive and refine strategies for lead acquisition and funnel optimization. Help team members close deals through effective objection handling and personalized sales pitches2. Revenue Ownership : Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Monitor and boost team conversion rates using structured sales frameworks. Handle escalated or high-value sales personally when required3. Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from The Skillians course offerings. 4. 4. Consultative Sales Approach : Ensure every team member practices value-based, consultative selling. Provide customers with tailored solutions from The Skillians offerings. 5. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. 6. Training & Development: Complete the mandatory 4-day training program before independently handling responsibilities. Terms of Employment :1. Salary: - 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum (based on experience)Incentives: Performance-based and uncapped2. Compensation & Perks:CTC: - 4,00,000 to - 6,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)Incentives: Uncapped, performance-based (disbursed monthly)Mobile Telephony Bill: Included in CTC3. Bond Agreement: - Duration: 3 months.
-Penalty: Leaving the job before completing 3 months without legitimate reasons will result in a penalty of - 20,000/-. 4. -Paid Medical Leaves: 1 per month (12 annually).
