Job Description:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager / Office Head to lead our team in Valsad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance, agency channel management, and business development.
-As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance agents and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve team and individual targets.- Branch Operations:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
-Business Development: Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth through the agency channel. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners.- Performance Management:- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics. Set achievable targets for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching.- Customer Relationship Management:- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and support. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.- Training and Development:- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.- Market Analysis:- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum of 6 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a focus on agency channel management.
-Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or Office Head.
-Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
