Owning the preparation & presentation of any new recipe ideas for recipe tasting as per the brief received from the Development chef / Business UnitManage and ensure equipment quality being usedManage all Factory and other raw materials, New ingredient tasting for relevant development workMonitoring food quality of all preparationsTraining and skilling kitchen staffCurating consumer-relevant content on new recipes & preparations for all Business Units including special events Management Committee Lunches, Board of Directors, External and Nestle visitorsRoutine tastings for all Business Units on a regular basis. Tolerance testing for MOP across NPD s ensuring standardizationPreparing training material and tools for Brand Activation for any of the Business teamsKey Skills/Understanding:Understanding and application of all major & micro cuisines (Pan-India) Understanding & Exposure of major Ingredients, cooking methods, cooking styles & utensils including special days, signature food celebrations by communityGood understanding of all traditional recipesStrong prior exposure of practical application of cuisine understanding to curate consumer-relevant content - social media platforms, for FOP/BOP, for recipe demos, for recipe booklets/leaflets for activation across BU s and geographies.Strong Consumer behavior/Consumer understanding lens including key connections with influencer Home Chefs and trending food news for homemakers Kadri, Mangaluru
