Key Responsibilities :Sales & Business Development :- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for HT & LT Cables and Conductors.
-Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of volume, value, and margin.
-Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities across EPC, utilities, infrastructure, and industrial segments.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, EPC contractors, utilities, and OEMs. Market Expansion & Channel Management :- Appoint, manage, and support dealers, distributors, and channel partners for cables and conductors.
-Strengthen market penetration in existing territories and develop new regions.
-Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics related to cables and conductors.
-Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility. Tendering & Order Management :- Coordinate with the tendering team for preparation, submission, and follow-up of HT & LT Cable and Conductor tenders.
-Support negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
-Ensure timely order finalization and smooth coordination with internal departments for execution. Marketing & Brand Promotion :- Plan and execute promotional activities, exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer meets for cable and conductor products.
-Support branding initiatives to strengthen company presence in the power transmission and distribution segment.
-Deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers as required. Coordination & Reporting :- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely dispatch and billing.
-Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports for management review.
-Track receivables and coordinate with finance for timely collections. Customer Relationship Management :- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
-Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales issues related to cables and conductors.
-Retain key accounts and ensure repeat business. Qualifications & Experience : - Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred) - 5-10 years of experience in marketing and sales of HT & LT Cables and Conductors - Proven experience in EPC, utilities, power transmission & distribution, and infrastructure sectors - Strong understanding of cable and conductor specifications, standards, and applications - Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements Key Skills :- Strong sales negotiation and business development skills - In-depth market knowledge of HT & LT Cables and Conductors (ref:updazz.com)
