The role involves handling premium hotel and commercial projects, developing specifications, and closing high-value deals.Key Responsibilities:- Drive project sales of LED Lights and Professional Lighting solutions in Hotels, Resorts, and Hospitality projects.- Promote products such as architectural lighting, faade lighting, indoor & outdoor lighting, decorative and commercial LED fixtures.- Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and Contractors.- Secure product approvals and specifications in upcoming hospitality projects.- Manage project pipeline, negotiations, order closure, and payment follow-ups.- Achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market presence in Kolkata.Key Requirements:- 5-10 years of experience in Project Sales of LED / Professional Lighting.- Strong network within hospitality consultants and the architect community in Kolkata.- Experience in handling premium hotel or commercial lighting projects.- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
