Job Title: Showroom ManagerRole Overview:As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the complete showroom ecosystem, including sales, store operations, customer experience, and team performance. This is a leadership role requiring strong team-handling capability and hands-on ownership of showroom performance.The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience managing premium or large-format showrooms, with exposure to automotive, EV, luxury retail, or customer-centric hospitality environments. You will act as the single point of ownership for the showroom, ensuring brand standards, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer journey aligned with Ultraviolette s vision.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Store Operations- Manage daily showroom operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Oversee inventory management including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising2. Sales & Customer Service- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed assigned targets- Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional activities- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally3. Team Management- Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff- Foster a positive, high-performance work culture- Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous coaching and development4. Financial Management- Monitor and manage store budgets and operational expenses- Prepare sales and financial reports for leadership review- Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation5. Marketing & Community Engagement- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations- Initiate and grow the UV Squadron community in the region- Organize and manage ride events and community engagement activitiesRequirements:What We re Looking For:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field- 6-12 years of experience in store/showroom management with strong team-handling exposure- Proven experience in driving sales, operations, and customer service excellence- Strong leadership and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills- Experience in the automobile industry (BMW, Mercedes, Royal Enfield, Ather, etc.) is a strong plus- Candidates from premium retail or hospitality sectors may be considered (ref:updazz.com)
