To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive.Job Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote transport and logistics services.- Generate new business leads and follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, or other sources.- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.- Explain pricing, services, and delivery timelines clearly to customers.- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Coordinate with operations and billing teams for smooth service execution.- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales efficiently.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Job Requirements:- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in transport, logistics, freight, or related industries.- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.- Ability to work with targets and under pressure.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM systems.- Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused.
