Role Overview:The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth within the B2B and retail channels. This role collaborates closely with the sales, product development, and design teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and communications. The Marketing Executive s efforts directly contribute to Rayna Decor s market share and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, trade shows, and events to reach target audiences in the B2B and retail sectors.- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, to communicate product features and benefits effectively.- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to generate qualified leads and drive website traffic.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, informing marketing strategy and product development.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support their sales efforts and achieve revenue goals.- Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows and events to showcase Rayna Decor s products and services and generate leads.- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to optimize ROI.- Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, PR firms, and event organizers, to ensure effective execution of marketing programs.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth.- Proven expertise in marketing communications, including content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.- Experience in retail marketing, including developing and executing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales in retail environments.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Ahmedabad.
