You ll craft illustrations, infographics, and screen designs that make complex our data approachable and persuasive.Key Responsibilities :1. Conceptual Graphics & Illustration :- Translate abstract product benefits into icons, diagrams, and motion-ready storyboards.- Develop cohesive illustration systems that reinforce our brand personality.2. Marketing & Sales Creative :- Design social ads, e-books, pitch-deck slides, event booths, and microsite hero sections.- Ensure visuals drive clear calls-to-action and support copy objectives.3. Product UI Mock-ups & Micro-Interactions :- Produce high-fidelity screens in Figma for new dashboards, mobile modules, and AI widgets.- Collaborate with UX and engineering to validate feasibility and refine component specs.Assessment Criteria :- Visual Craftsmanship: Clean layouts, typographic hierarchy, and strong composition.- Storytelling Impact: Ability to guide the viewer s attention and convey complex ideas visually.- Technical Readiness: Layer organization, component reusability, and handoff documentation.Requirement :- 5 years of relevant experience or a standout internship portfolio in graphic/UI design.- Proficiency with Figma plus Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (motion skills in After Effects a bonus).- Comfort collaborating with writers, marketers, and front-end developers in agile sprints.- Passion for communication and data visualization.
