OUTBOUND TOURS MANAGERWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound Tours Manager to lead and establish our outbound division. This is a leadership role requiring strategic vision, operational strength, and deep destination knowledge. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in launching and growing this vertical from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop outbound tour products and itineraries for multiple destinations.- Identify and negotiate with overseas DMCs, suppliers, and service providers.- Build strong relationships with B2B agents, corporate clients, and travel partners.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging outbound trends.- Lead end-to-end execution including costing, contracting, documentation, and delivery.- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch outbound promotions and campaigns.- Manage a small team and scale operations based on growth and demand.- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations across destinations.Requirements:- Minimum 10years of experience in the outbound travel industry.- Proven expertise in handling multiple international destinations.- Strong understanding of B2B travel dynamics and agent partnerships.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.- Should be able to independently set up the outbound division and scale it.- Ability to travel for trade shows, supplier meetings, and destination knowledge.
