Job Description You will get to do more than just implement keywords into a website. You will be responsible for the overall search strategy in ensuring good organic traffic and exposure for the website and app. More specifically, you ll get to: 1. Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape 2. Develop and integrate content marketing strategies. Work closely with content writers, social media marketers to implement SEO strategies. 3. Drive targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective community-building 4. Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users 5. Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement 6. Work on App Store Optimization to improve Yocket App s rankings on PlayStore and AppStore 7. Keep content inline so as to not cause any algorithm penalty. Take effective measures to recover any traffic due to algorithm shift. 8. Recommend changes to website content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. 9. Be up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and put internal product/ services development efforts. 10. Track and drive the progress to ensure timely delivery. Requirements:- 3-4 years of experience as SEO Analyst/SEO Associate - Should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills - Can-do & go getter attitude - Problem Solving & Ownership based attitude - Passion for SEO: On page and Off page SEO, Technical SEO - Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.) - Knows how to recover lost traffic due to any changes in algorithm shifts - Comfortable analysing high volumes of data on a daily basis - Familiarity with WordPress or other content management system - Knowledge of Guest Blogging and Content Marketing; Info-graphics, MS-Excel, SMO, ORM, Keyword Research, Google algorithm, Influence Marketing, Data Mining Tools is must.
