Job Description:Location: GurgaonExperience: 3-4 YearsQualification: GraduateAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Retail Outlet (RO) Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with a large network of petrol pumps. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted diesel procurement, operational efficiency and commercial performance across assigned retail outlets.Key Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with RO owners and dealers.2. Track outlet-wise performance and identify underperforming retail outlets.3. Coordinate closely with logistics, finance and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.4. Support issue resolution related to supply, pricing, billing, or dealer concerns.5. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.6. Monitor diesel pricing, margins, and overall commercial performance.7. Manage end-to-end operations of assigned retail outlets (petrol pumps).8. Ensure continuous diesel availability and uninterrupted supply at all outlets.Candidate Profile:Graduate1. 4-5 years of experience in petroleum retail, diesel procurement, or related operations.2. Proven experience in managing large networks of petrol pumps or retail outlets.3. Strong understanding of diesel pricing mechanisms and OMC operations.4. Excellent negotiation, relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.5. Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Key Skills:1.
