Lead/Senior Lead - Events | Roles and ResponsibilitiesOverviewThe Senior Lead - Events will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing high-impact events that strengthen Zinnov s brand, engage clients and partners, and showcase thought leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of corporate event design and delivery.Key Responsibilities1. Event Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual events strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.- Identify opportunities for brand-building through proprietary, client, and industry events.- Define event goals, target audiences, and key messaging in collaboration with practice leaders, marketing, and business development teams.2. Event Conceptualization & Design- Create innovative event concepts, themes, and experiences that reflect Zinnov s positioning and drive engagement.- Oversee end-to-end creative design from content curation and agenda planning to visual identity and on-ground branding.- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with Zinnov s brand voice and messaging.3. Event Execution & Operations- Lead planning and execution for flagship conferences, roundtables, client events, and internal engagements - Manage vendor relationships (production, logistics, AV, hospitality, etc.) and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency.- Ensure seamless on-ground management, including rehearsals, speaker coordination, attendee experience, and contingency planning.4. Stakeholder & Team Management- Collaborate closely with business unit heads, marketing, and leadership teams to align event objectives with business outcomes.- Serve as the single point of contact for all internal and external event stakeholders.5. Measurement & Reporting- Define and track key success metrics for each event (attendance, engagement, leads, ROI).- Develop post-event reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.- Maintain a database of event performance to guide future planning.6. Budgeting & Financial Oversight- Own the event budget end-to-end from estimation and planning to tracking and reporting.- Ensure cost optimization without compromising event quality or impact.Qualifications & Experience:- 7-9years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B or consulting environments.- Proven experience in conceptualizing and leading large-scale conferences, summits, and CXO-level engagements.- Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and budget management skills.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes on tight timelines.Preferred Attributes:- Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving ability.- Strong network within the events and GCC ecosystem.- Experience with hybrid and digital event technologies.- Passion for creating memorable experiences and driving business impact through events.
