We are now looking to bring paid acquisition completely in-house and are hiring a senior performance marketer to own this function end-to-end.Role Overview:This is a hands-on performance marketing role with full responsibility for paid user acquisition across Meta and Google. The focus is on execution, ownership, and measurable outcomes. This is not an agency coordination or high-level strategy role.Position: Performance MarketingLocation: Sector 47, GurgaonWorking Mode: Full-time, in-houseExperience: 5-7 yearsNotice Period: Immediate to 30 daysKey Responsibilities:- Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google with direct responsibility for CAC and unit economics- Transition paid acquisition from the current agency to in-house within the first 90 days- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns hands-on (audiences, bidding, creatives, budgets)- Work closely with creative teams to test and iterate on ad creatives based on performance data- Build clear attribution and reporting to track spend efficiencyHire and mentor junior team members once the function stabilizesWhat Success Looks Like:- Paid acquisition fully managed in-house- Consistent improvement in CAC and channel efficiency- Clear visibility into attribution and performance metrics- A stable and scalable paid growth setupMandatory Requirements- 5-7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience- Strong experience running Meta and Google Ads directly- In-house experience at a consumer-facing mobile app company- Experience managing large monthly acquisition budgets with clear CAC ownership- Proven track record of improving acquisition costs- Ability to join within 30 daysPreferred Experience:- Experience with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust- Basic SQL skills for performance analysis- Exposure to Tier 2/3 India user acquisitionWhy This Role:- Direct ownership of a core growth function- High level of autonomy and accountability- Opportunity to build a scalable paid acquisition engine from the ground up- Work closely with founders and leadership (ref:updazz.com)
