-We operate primarily through our own e-commerce platforms and select partnerships with major online retailers, reaching a diverse customer base across India and expanding internationally.Role Overview:- The Ecomm Executive will be instrumental in driving the growth and optimization of our online sales channels.- This role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service.
-The Ecomm Executive directly contributes to enhancing the customer experience, increasing conversion rates, and ultimately boosting revenue for our portfolio of D2C brands.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth functionality and optimal user experience.- Execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to drive traffic and sales.- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure accurate product listings, compelling descriptions, and high-quality visuals.- Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.- Manage and optimize product merchandising and promotions to maximize sales.- Track and report on the performance of e-commerce initiatives to stakeholders.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.- Proven ability to execute and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various channels.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Solid understanding of marketing communications principles and practices.- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Adaptability to work on-site in Goa.
