Hiring | Marketing Manager - Agri Input Industry Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan CTC: Up to - 15 LPAWe are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and brand building for a fast-growing organization in the agriculture sustainability / agri-input space. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with agri-input products and understands farmer-facing markets, distribution ecosystems, and rural activations.This position will drive end-to-end marketing strategy, brand visibility, and lead generation across India and global markets, working closely with leadership, product, and sales teams.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across B2B, retail, government, and international markets- Build strong brand positioning and storytelling for farmer communities and global stakeholders- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, content strategy, newsletters, and campaigns- Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, rural activations, distributor branding, exhibitions, and demo days- Manage media relations, PR opportunities, press coverage, and industry visibility- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, internal teams, and field marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging- Track marketing performance, campaign ROI, and continuously optimize strategyWho Should Apply:- 5-8 years of experience in marketing within agri-input, agri-tech, FMCG (agri focused), or sustainability sectors- Strong experience in brand building, campaign strategy, and multi-channel marketing execution- Understanding of farmer markets, rural marketing, and distribution networks- Experience managing digital tools, marketing agencies, and content strategies- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills (ref:updazz.com)
