Job Title: Manager - Enterprise/Ad SalesFunction/Department: SME Online | Ad SalesLocation: Noida Sector 125Role Objective:The role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales professional who shall be working on acquiring clients through various channels and, in the process, provide excellent customer service while driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Get relevant Enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.- Identify opportunities to monetize online platform properties and Traffic / Impressions.- Connect and pitch prospects from Industrial Products manufacturers and Brands fraternity who are interested in promoting their products and services to the same target customer s market.- Close sales deals with CXO level stakeholders. Should be able to work on complex deals with multiple stakeholders involved.- Conceptualize various options and solution models to interested advertisers, converting prospects to paid accounts and ensuring retention.- Develop digital transformation programs for SME manufacturers for promoting and growing business with Moglix marketplace.Key Role Related Skills:- Digital Ad Sales- Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders- Preparation of MISExperience:- 2-5 years of experience in Advertisement Sales, Business Development, and/or Online Media environment.- Experience in sales, consulting, media, or advertising.- Experience in relationship and stakeholder management.Knowledge & Skills:- Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, active listening, and group facilitation.- Ability to present advertising solutions to multiple audiences.- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.- High level of ownership.Education:- B.Tech / BCA / BSc / BBA / BCom from a reputed institute (Essential)- MBA from a reputed institute (Desirable) (ref:updazz.com)
