Overview:- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at IGI CORP, a Bengaluru-headquartered leader in advanced fire safety solutions, specialising in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of high- performance fire doors for industrial, commercial, and residential applications.- Built on a commitment to safety, precision, and innovation, we provide products that meet stringent national and international fire-protection standards.
-The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing plans to promote our products and increase brand awareness in the sector.Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research & Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the safety ..- Analyze customer feedback and industry developments to help refine marketing strategies.2. Campaign Development & Execution:- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.) to promote Fire Protection & building material products.- Coordinate product launches and promotional events to increase customer engagement.3. Content Creation & Management:- Develop content for digital platforms (website, social media, email newsletters, blogs, etc.) that highlights product features, benefits, and applications.- Work closely with design and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and content.4. Brand Management:- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.- Enhance brand awareness by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and architects & interior designers.5. Lead Generation & Sales Support:- Generate qualified leads through marketing efforts, including digital & social media, trade shows, and tele-calling.- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies that convert leads into customers.6. Event Planning & Execution:- Assist in organizing and attending industry trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events to showcase our products and expand business opportunities.7. Reporting & Analytics:- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on key metrics and KPIs.- Utilize data insights to adjust and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.8. Collaborative Initiatives:- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.- Collaborate with external agencies or partners when necessary to ensure effective execution of campaigns.Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience (2 years) in a marketing role, preferably within the construction, or manufacturing industry.- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
