NNIIT is Hiring | Customer Success Associate (CSA) - Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) - Shift: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM - Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off) - Employment Type: Full-Time - CTC: 2 - 3 LPA- Joining: Immediate About the Role:NNIIT is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to manage student and parent relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention while ensuring a smooth learning experience. Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents- Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp & email- Onboard new students and explain courses/processes- Ensure high student satisfaction & engagement- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution- Maintain records in CRM and internal systems- Collect feedback and share insights Eligibility Criteria:- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)- 0-2 years experience in Customer Success / Support / Tele-calling / Counselling- Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered- Experience in EdTech preferred- Basic computer & CRM knowledge- Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate- Immediate joiner preferred- Salary fit: - 2-3 LPA- Clear verbal communication skills (ref:updazz.com)
