Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Medical Representative to join our client s dynamic sales team in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide product information, and achieve sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to increase product awareness and adoption.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals to educate them on the features and benefits of the products.- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote products and network with healthcare professionals.- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activities to the sales manager.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in sales and marketing activities.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales principles and practices.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.- Adaptability to working in a field-based role within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.- 1-4 years of experience in medical sales.
