We work with corporate development teams, private equity firms, investment banks, and enterprise leaders globally to digitalize complex deal workflows and improve value realization.As we scale our global thought leadership presence, we are building a strong content engine focused on high-quality podcasts, executive conversations, and premium digital storytelling.Role Overview: - We are looking for a Digital Content Creator with strong expertise in podcast hosting, recording, video editing, and event coverage.- This role will own the end-to-end content production lifecycle - from concept to distribution - positioning MergerWare as a trusted voice in M&A and enterprise SaaS.- This is not just a video editor role. It is a content storytelling role for a B2B audience.Key Responsibilities :Podcast Production & Hosting :- Coordinate, record, and manage executive-level podcast interviews (CXOs, M&A leaders, advisors).- Support podcast scripting, research, and conversation structuring.- Assist in hosting or moderating discussions when required.- Ensure professional audio and video production standards. Video Editing & Content Repurposing :- Edit long-form interviews into high-quality YouTube episodes.- Create short-form clips for LinkedIn and social media.- Add motion graphics, subtitles, branding elements, and teaser montages.- Maintain premium visual consistency aligned with enterprise positioning. Events & Thought Leadership Coverage :- Capture and produce content from industry events, conferences, and leadership roundtables.- Create recap videos, speaker snippets, and event highlight reels.- Coordinate with internal teams for content planning around key events.
