-This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and data, owning the what and why behind social content across platforms.Key Responsibilities :- Develop social media content strategies aligned with brand, business, and campaign objectives- Own content pillars, messaging frameworks, and creative narratives across platforms (Instagram, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)- Translate insights, trends, and performance data into actionable creative direction- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video teams to shape executions- Plan and guide campaign concepts, launches, and always-on content- Work closely with performance and growth teams to align creative with outcomes- Analyze content performance and continuously refine strategy based on insightsWhat We re Looking For- 1-3 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, or creative strategy- Strong understanding of platform-specific behavior and formats- Proven ability to think concept-first, not just execution-first- Experience working with creators, reels/short-form video, and trend-led content- Data-aware mindset - comfortable reading performance metrics and insights- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (ref:updazz.com)
