Job TitleKey Account Manager - E-commerce & Quick CommerceExperience4- 6 years in e-commerce / marketplace rolesAbout the Role- We are looking for a high-ownership Key Account Manager to manage and grow key e-commerce and quick-commerce accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit, and other platforms.- This role owns marketplace performance end-to-end, including revenue growth, inventory planning, listing hygiene, promotions, and ads coordination. The KAM will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive consistent GMV growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Account Ownership & Growth- Own day-to-day management of assigned marketplace accounts- Drive GMV, revenue, and contribution margins- Build and execute monthly and quarterly growth plans- Act as SPOC for internal teams and marketplace partners2. Inventory Planning & Order Management- Forecast demand using historical sales data and platform insights- Plan replenishment and coordinate POs, appointments, and deliveries with q-commerce partners- Ensure high availability while minimizing overstock and returns- Track inventory across internal and external warehouses3. Availability, Replication & Hygiene- Maintain 100% SKU replication and availability across e-commerce and q-commerce platforms- Proactively identify and resolve stockouts, listing gaps, and data issues- Ensure pricing, packs, and product details are accurate across platforms4. Listings, Visibility & Ads Coordination- Audit and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.- Coordinate Amazon & Flipkart Ads with internal or external ads teams- Align ads, pricing, and promotions during major sale events- Track and improve CTR, CVR, ROAS, and overall visibility5. Reporting & Stakeholder Management- Build and maintain Excel / Google Sheets dashboards for sales, inventory, ads, and returns- Share regular performance updates, risks, and growth opportunities- Work closely with supply chain, finance, and marketing teamsQualifications & SkillsMust-Have- 4-6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon & Flipkart accounts- Proven exposure to revenue / GMV growth ownership- Working knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart Ads- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, analysis)- High ownership, strong follow-ups, and problem-solving mindsetGood to Have- Experience with q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart)- Agency or D2C brand experience- Multi-category exposure (ref:updazz.com)
