We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our products in the field. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing equipment sales and possess strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.REQUIRED KEY SKILLS :- Basic technical understanding of industrial machinery/equipment and equipment purchasing processes.- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Hands-on experience in field sales of manufacturing or industrial equipment. (added advantage).- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.JOB DESCRIPTION :- Actively visit potential customers, factories, industrial zones, and other target markets to generate leads and promote company products.- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical explanations to clients.- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.- Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports and maintain sales logs.- Coordinate with the internal sales, service, and technical teams for order processing and customer support.- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and on-site marketing activities as required.
