Who Should Apply?We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in Direct Sales (B2B or B2C) who have previously worked in BFSI and have experience in:- Banking/Insurance: CASA, Credit Cards, Loans, or Life/General Insurance.- Direct Sales: Pharma (MRs), Telecom (Postpaid/Corporate), or Consumer Durables (Water Purifiers, Vacuum Cleaners, etc.).- The Hunter Mindset: Ability to identify SMEs, traders, and corporate clients to open high-value Current Accounts. Key Responsibilities:- New Customer Acquisition: Cold calling and field visits to acquire new-to-bank Current Accounts (CA).- Cross-Selling: Promoting various banking products to maximize customer value.- Market Mapping: Identifying business hubs and commercial clusters in Bangalore for lead generation.- Relationship Management: Ensuring high-quality service to maintain long-term business relationships.
