The ideal candidate will primarily work on creating engaging video content, including reels, promotional videos, social media edits, and audio-visual storytelling. You will also support the team in graphic design projects such as posters, banners, and event photography and videography.Key Responsibilities:- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, reels, and multimedia content- Edit and produce videos, including cutting, color correction, audio syncing, transitions, and visual enhancements- Work closely with the marketing and management team to develop video concepts for social media and campaigns- Capture photos and videos at company events and activities, ensuring professional coverage- Edit and produce event videos and highlight reels post-event- Design static and animated visuals, including posters, brochures, banners, and digital ads- Manage video assets, media library, and ensure timely delivery of content- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet creative and marketing goals- Stay updated on the latest video trends, motion design techniques, and social media formatsKey Skills and Qualifications :- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, or similar roles- Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar)- Audio editing skills and understanding of sound mixing- Experience with color correction, grading, and post-production workflows- Basic knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras for photography and videography- Creative eye for design, typography, color, and layout- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Good communication skills and openness to feedback (ref:updazz.com)
