Job Description: Performance Marketing Executive Location: 100% remoteType: Full-time (100%)Reporting to: Growth/Performance LeadAbout the RoleWe re looking for a junior performance marketer who can run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You understand top/middle/bottom of funnel, can keep budgets on track, and can communicate clearly and simply.What You ll Do- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn (search, display, video, PMAX, conversions/lead gen).- Own daily/weekly performance tracking: CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPM, spend pacing, and funnel metrics.- Build basic audiences (remarketing, lookalikes, custom lists) and UTM structures; keep naming conventions clean.- Create simple A/B tests (ad copy, creatives, landing pages) and document learnings.- Coordinate with design/content for ad creatives and landing page tweaks.- Prepare concise weekly reports and suggest next actions.Must-Have Skills- 6-24 months hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.- Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (events/conversions).- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, basic charts).- Clear, functional English communication (written verbal).- Understanding of TOFU/MOFU/BOFU and how budgets/creatives differ by stage.Nice-to-Have- Looker Studio dashboards, basic SQL, Meta CAPI, landing page tools (Webflow/Unbounce), Canva/Figma familiarity.- Experience in e-commerce or B2B lead gen.KPIs You ll Influence- ROAS / MER, CPL/CAC, lead quality, pipeline/revenue attribution, and spend pacing vs target.
