Designation - Business Development Manager Experience - 2-3 years in B2B salesLocation - Gurgaon, HaryanaJob Description :- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team.
-The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.Roles & Responsibilities:- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.- Identify business opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and establish strong partnerships.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.- Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and initiatives aligned with company objectives.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and other businesses, to ensure seamless service delivery and cross sell opportunities.- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and inform business decisions.- Need to maintain accurate and timely update in the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales pipeline effectively.Requirements:- 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of consistent target achievement in the Background Verification Industry.- Strong understanding of background verification services, compliance requirements, and market dynamics. Prior Industry experience in mandatory- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.- Ability to analyze market trends, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
