About the RoleJustdial is looking for Product Management Interns to work closely with the Product and Engineering teams on AI-driven initiatives across search, recommendations, automation, and user experience.This role is ideal for candidates who are excited about building products using AI, not just experimenting with models. You will work on real business problems, contribute to live products, and learn how AI solutions are taken from idea to scale.Qualification: MBA Tier1 & Tier 2Stipend : 30 to 40 K per monthKey Responsibilities- Defining AI use cases across Justdial s platforms (search, discovery, leads, notifications, automation).- Conduct user and business problem analysis to identify opportunities where AI can add measurable value.- Help create product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI features.- Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to:- Understand data availability and constraints- Define inputs, outputs, and success metrics for AI models- Support experimentation and pilots (A/B tests, model rollouts, feature iterations).- Measure the impact of AI initiatives using metrics like CTR, conversion, relevance, precision/recall (high-level), cost optimization, user engagement, and human baseline benchmarks.- Document learnings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.Who Should Apply- MBA / BBA / B.Tech / M.Tech students or recent graduates interested in Product Management and AI.- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.- Comfortable working with data - Basic understanding of:- AI/ML concepts (classification, recommendation, NLP - conceptual level is enough)- Product metrics and experimentation- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn fast.Why Join Justdial- Work on AI at scale impacting millions of users and merchants.- Hands-on exposure to real production systems.- Mentorship from experienced Product Managers.
