Job Title: Manager - Patient RelationsLocation: Okhla, South DelhiDepartment: Patient Experience / CRMJob SummaryWe at Cancer Healer Center (www.cancerhealercenter.com) are seeking a Manager - Patient Relations who will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience post-consultation. This role focuses on patient engagement through timely feedback collection, follow-ups, treatment adherence support, and effective coordination for medication and treatment renewals. The individual will also oversee CRM systems and manage a team to ensure high-quality patient interaction and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Patient Engagement & Follow-ups- Conduct post-consultation follow-ups to gather patient feedback and ensure satisfaction.- Maintain regular communication with patients to monitor progress and address concerns.- Ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans through proactive engagement.2. Patient Support & Guidance- Assist patients with queries related to medications, treatment protocols, and care plans.- Provide timely reminders for medication schedules and follow-up consultations.- Act as a point of contact for patient concerns and escalate issues when required.3. Treatment & Medicine Renewal Coordination- Track patient treatment cycles and ensure timely renewals of medicines and therapies.- Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and internal teams for approvals and renewals.- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and renewal timelines.4. CRM Management- Oversee and manage CRM software for patient data, communication logs, and follow-ups.- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates in the system.- Generate reports and insights on patient engagement, feedback, and retention metrics.5. Team Management- Lead, train, and manage the patient relations team.- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity and quality of interactions.- Develop SOPs and best practices for patient communication and follow-up processes.6. Process Improvement- Identify gaps in patient experience and recommend improvements.- Implement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to streamline workflows.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Empathy and patient-centric approach- Team leadership and people management- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management- Problem-solving and conflict resolution- Attention to detail and organizational skillsQualifications & Experience- Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred).- 5-8 years of experience in patient relations, customer experience, or healthcare operations.- Prior experience in managing teams and CRM systems is essential.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Patient satisfaction and feedback scores- Follow-up adherence rates- Treatment/medication renewal completion rate- CRM data accuracy and usage- Team performance and productivity metricsAdditional Notes- Experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or telemedicine setups is highly preferred.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.Interested candidates please email CV or whatsapp @ 9205988239 (ref:updazz.com)
