Client Relationship ManagerRole Overview:As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You ll work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to client retention, revenue growth, and the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.- Understand client business objectives and challenges to proactively identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to assess satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and explore new opportunities.- Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and insights to demonstrate the value of our services.- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.- Manage client contracts and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate execution.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.- Proven ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- 2-10 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site client meetings and team collaboration in Mumbai/Thane.
