With a strong presence in the Indian market, Anonet Communications is committed to driving digital transformation and enabling seamless communication experiences for its clients.Role and Responsibility : Digital Agency Management & Performance Control :- Act as the single point of contact for the digital marketing agency handling performance marketing, SEO, and Google Ads.- Define monthly targets, CPL benchmarks, and conversion expectations.- Review agency performance on a weekly basis.- Ensure agency output remains target-driven, ROI-focused, and sales-aligned.- Challenge recommendations using data and business understanding.- Ensure fast execution of optimisations and experiments.Digital Lead Generation Strategy :- Own monthly digital lead targets for B2C and B2B (SME & Enterprise) segments.- Define channel strategy and targets across Google Search & Display, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads (selective for B2B), and SEO.- Execute area-wise, segment-wise, and offer-based campaigns.- Continuously optimise lead volume, Cost per Lead (CPL), and lead quality.- Scale high-performing campaigns aggressively to meet targets.Website Ownership & Conversion Performance :- Own website content, strategy, and continuous improvements.- Drive landing page creation for B2B and B2C campaigns.- Improve website conversion rates, lead form quality, and inbound inquiries through calls and WhatsApp.- Ensure proper setup and performance of lead forms, call tracking, WhatsApp tracking, analytics, and pixels.- Coordinate with agency, developers, and designers for all website-related changes.SEO & Organic Growth :- Drive SEO strategy and execution through the agency.- Focus on ranking, traffic quality, and conversions.- Ensure technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content improvements are executed effectively.- Use SEO to support both lead generation and long-term pipeline growth.Social Media Management :- Manage the company s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.- Work with the agency to plan content calendars and campaigns.- Use social media for brand credibility, remarketing, traffic generation, and assisted leads, not just engagement metrics.Funnel Strategy : - Work closely with inside sales and field sales teams.- Identify lead quality gaps, follow-up delays, and area or product-level issues.- Refine targeting and campaigns to improve lead-to-closure ratios.- Participate in sales review discussions to improve digital outcomes.Manage separate digital funnels for B2C mass broadband, B2B SMEs, and Enterprise / Leased Line customers.- Run high-intent Google Search campaigns for B2B.- Drive retargeting for sales-touched leads.- Support longer B2B sales cycles through consistent digital touchpoints.Budgeting, ROI & Reporting :- Own monthly and quarterly digital marketing budgets.- Allocate spends based on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.- Track and report leads, CPL, lead-to-order booking, and revenue influenced.- Share clear, data-backed performance updates with management.
