You will work closely with the marketing, delivery, and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company s overall objectives. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored training solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to Nazztec s market leadership and the success of our clients IT initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new enterprise sales opportunities within the Delhi NCR and Bangalore regions.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose customized training solutions.- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and exceptional client service.- Track sales activities, manage pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful enterprise sales strategies.- Proven expertise in business development, IT consulting, and CRM principles.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable deals.- Ability to understand complex IT concepts and translate them into business value for clients.- Experience in managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and travel within the Delhi NCR and Bangalore regions.
