Role: Internal Sales / Key Account Order Management ExecutiveFunction: Sales Operations | Account ManagementReporting to: Regional Sales Manager / Sales HeadLocation: Head Office Role PurposeOwn day-to-day revenue realization from existing customers by managing regular order cycles over phone and digital channels. This role ensures continuity, predictability, and zero drop in repeat business by being the primary point of contact for trusted hospital and dialysis center accounts.This is a relationship-driven role, not field sales. Success comes from reliability, follow-through, and understanding customer consumption patterns.Key Outcomes - 100% retention and growth of assigned existing accounts- Zero missed or delayed regular orders- Improved order frequency and basket size per customer- Accurate forecasting of repeat demand- High customer satisfaction through responsiveness and dependabilityKey Responsibilities1. Account & Relationship Management- Act as the primary contact for a set of existing hospital and dialysis center customers- Build strong working relationships through regular calls and follow-ups- Understand customer usage patterns, order cycles, and consumption volumes- Proactively remind customers about replenishment needs and reorder timelines2. Order Management & Execution- Take orders over phone/email/WhatsApp and ensure accurate entry- Coordinate with supply chain for availability, dispatch, and delivery timelines- Track order status end-to-end and proactively update customers- Work closely with finance on invoicing, credit limits, and collections follow-up3. Revenue & Growth Support- Identify opportunities to increase order value through better planning and visibility- Flag upsell or cross-sell opportunities to the RSM / Sales Head- Track dormant or declining accounts and trigger timely interventions- Support pricing communication and implementation as guided by leadership4. Coordination & Reporting- Maintain clean, updated account and order records- Provide weekly reports on order inflow, dispatch status, and outstanding payments- Act as the coordination bridge between customers, field sales, operations, and finance- Ensure zero dependency on memory - everything is tracked and visibleCandidate ProfileMust-have- 4-7 years of experience in internal sales / order management / key account coordination- Experience handling repeat B2B customers (healthcare / pharma / medical devices preferred)- Strong phone-based relationship management skills- High comfort with order tracking, follow-ups, and coordinationSkills & Competencies- Strong follow-through and reliability- Clear, confident communication over calls- Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks- Enjoys working in a growth-stage SME- Calm under pressure and comfortable handling multiple accounts (ref:updazz.com)
