Your role will be to deliver work related to work seamlessly by meeting client s vision.Roles and Responsibilities:- Design and create visually appealing graphics for more than 15-20 things we make.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech) to understand project needs and deliver creatives accordingly- Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and uniqueness in designs- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently- Receive and implement feedback from team leads and clients to improve visual output- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologiesQualifications and skills:- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field OR Certification in graphic design courses is a plus.- Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.- Creativity: Strong sense of design, colour theory, typography, and composition.- Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished, high-quality work.- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and design techniques.- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to take constructive feedback.
