Job Description - Group Leader - PCG Wealth (HNI Sales)Summary- The Group Leader - PCG Wealth will act as the key representative of the business and will be responsible for driving revenue through client acquisition and relationship management with the support of his/her team.- The role involves managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers (RMs), acquiring High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, and nurturing long-term relationships by delivering high standards of service.- The individual will be responsible for designing and implementing financial strategies for clients, ensuring they receive the right investment advice, and helping them execute financial decisions aligned with their goals.- Location - Kolkata - Experience in broking, private banking, or wealth management organisations.- Proven experience managing clients with minimum investments of - 50 lakhs and above.Qualifications :- MBA / PGDM or a Graduate degree in Finance, Marketing, or related fields.- Certifications in Financial Planning or Wealth Management will be an added advantage (e.g., CFP).Experience- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HNI relationship management, financial planning, and sales within the BFSI sector.
