Website: http://www.doceree.com/social media link: The Job Position Title: Manager - Performance Marketing Experience: 5-8 YearsEducation: MBA (Marketing / Digital / Analytics preferred)Department: Growth Marketing Job Scope: Global Location: Noida, India Work Setting: Onsite (work from office - 5 days a week)Role overview We are looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager who brings deep expertise in paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads).The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in scaling global B2B performance campaigns. You will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline, optimizing CAC, and delivering measurable ROI through full-funnel digital marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute high-performing paid media strategies across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.- Own campaign lifecycle: strategy, setup, A/B testing, optimization, reporting, and scaling.- Drive demand generation and lead acquisition campaigns focused on B2B audiences.- Optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics through continuous experimentation.- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to measure pipeline impact and attribution.- Build advanced audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and funnel optimization.- Create dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.- Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, and sales teams to align campaign messaging and goals.- Stay updated on evolving paid media trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements (especially in healthcare/pharma environments).Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education - 5-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.- MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.- Proven expertise managing significant monthly ad budgets across:- LinkedIn Campaign Manager- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)- Meta Ads Manager- Strong analytical mindset with experience in:- Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)- Attribution modeling- Conversion tracking & pixel implementation- Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)- Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and pipeline acceleration.- Advanced Excel / data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus).- Strong understanding of compliance and targeting nuances in Healthtech/Pharma marketing.Preferred BackgroundCandidates from the following industries will be strongly preferred:- Healthtech- Pharma / Life Sciences- B2B SaaS- Digital advertising platforms- Marketing technology companiesKey Competencies- Data-first decision making- Growth mindset and experimentation-driven approach- Strong ROI and revenue orientation- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability- Cross-functional collaboration- High ownership and accountabilityWhy Explore a Career at Doceree - Be a Part of the Revolution in Healthcare Marketing.
