Responsibilities:-- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at eCommerce portals to drive growth within the channels. In depth knowledge of Amazon seller central is a must.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure listing, pricing, promotions, reviews and content are optimized for each portals requirements.
-Manage the account including case logs, listing issues, payment reconciliations and account optimization.- Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing in the online store.- Regularly update product information, images, and descriptions to ensure accuracy, appeal, and consistency.- Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and boost customer engagement.- Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.- Monitor website functionality and handle troubleshooting issues with the e-commerce platform, including technical problems and user experience challenges.Skills required : - Minimum 3 years of experience as an e-commerce manager/ D2C manager- Experience in managing D2C websites is a must.- Existing relationships with account managers at marketplaces and knowledge of advertising on such platforms- Experience in wellness/supplements for D2C brands would be a huge plus.
