This standard defines the tasks and responsibilities for a position.This standard is valid for all employees associated with this role.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, and providing equity and Wealth management advice to clients. You will also focus on up-selling and cross-selling various financial products, such as insurance, alternative investment funds (AIF), and portfolio management services (PMS), to meet the needs of our clients. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be a key aspect of this role, along with identifying new business avenues and ensuring ongoing client servicing.Job Description:Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:- Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base.- Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients.- Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate business leads.- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.2. Equity Advice and Cross-Selling:- Provide expert advice to clients on equity investments and portfolio recommendations.- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and company performance to make informed investment recommendations.- Promote and cross-sell a range of financial products, including insurance, AIF, PMS, and other relevant products to clients.- Identify opportunities for up-selling and offer tailored financial solutions to meet clients investment objectives.3. Customer Relationship Management:- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized advice.- Address client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.- Provide regular updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance to clients.- Anticipate and proactively resolve any issues or conflicts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.4. New Business Avenues and Client Servicing:- Continuously explore new business avenues and opportunities to expand the client base.- Identify potential partnerships and strategic alliances to enhance business growth.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client on boarding and servicing processes.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to management.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or a similar role in the financial services industry with at least 50 relationships and 1 Cr. active AUM.
