Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential to succeed in this role.Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch corporate event services.- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up to ensure conversion.- Maintain and update client information in CRM/database.- Provide accurate details about services, pricing, and event solutions.- Coordinate with sales and project teams for smooth client onboarding.Must-have Requirements:- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role.- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.- Basic knowledge of corporate event services (preferred).- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
