Role Overview:As a Senior Tele sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving revenue growth through proactive outbound calling and strategic client engagement. You ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you ll contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to acquire new customers, expand our market reach, and achieve our revenue targets.Key Responsibilities :- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting activities, ensuring a robust pipeline for sustained sales performance.- Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for our solutions.- Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing their specific needs.- Manage and nurture client relationships through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system, providing valuable insights for sales forecasting and reporting.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, maximizing lead generation and conversion rates.Required Skillset :- Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including lead generation, needs assessment, and closing strategies.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
