The Regional Head will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing teams, and ensuring sales and revenue growth in their designated region. Responsibilities also include developing strategic plans, building and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners, monitoring market trends, and reporting on performance metrics. The Regional Head will work to ensure alignment with the company s goals and uphold its vision of customer and partner satisfaction. QualificationsLeadership and Team Management : Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, oversee performance, and drive team collaboration toward achieving organizational goals.Sales and Business Development : Strong sales acumen with experience in creating and managing strategies to meet sales targets and expand regional market presence.Relationship Management : Proficiency in building and sustaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
