Sales & Business Development :- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual retail sales targets for Professional Lighting products.
-Promote Jaquar s professional lighting range including architectural, commercial, and decorative lighting. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the assigned territory. Dealer & Channel Management - Appoint, develop, and manage lighting dealers and retail counters.
-Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at dealer outlets.
-Regularly review dealer performance, stock levels, and secondary sales. Influencer & Market Development :- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
-Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for influencers and dealers.- Support project inquiries by coordinating with internal teams. Market Intelligence & Reporting Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
-Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. -- Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers as per company policy.- Promotional Activities Execute local marketing activities, dealer meets, and product launches.
