A highly mobile, hands-on technician who can independently diagnose complicated mechanical, electrical, and software problems while retaining a professional rapport with clients is the ideal candidate. Key Skills: Multidisciplinary Expertise: Able to understand electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic circuit diagrams, and mechanical drawings. PLC and Automation Knowledge: The capacity to use PLC interfaces (such as Siemens and Allen Bradley) for basic program modifications and error-code diagnosis. Soft Skills & Diplomacy: Outstanding communication abilities to manage irate clients during critical machine outages. Independence: The capacity to function independently and with little supervision in remote areas. Physical stamina: the ability to handle heavy tools or components, work in industrial settings, and travel frequently.
