Role Overview:As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence in the Gurgaon/Gurugram region. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and cultivating new client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions from our comprehensive suite of insurance products. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and underwriting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing our market share, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our clients have the protection they need to thrive.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new leads and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships to expand the customer base.- Conduct thorough needs analysis for prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals.- Develop and present customized insurance solutions to clients, clearly articulating the benefits and addressing any concerns to secure their business.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, closing deals, and maximizing revenue opportunities.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products to provide informed recommendations to clients and maintain a competitive edge.- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and customer service, to ensure smooth policy issuance and efficient claims processing, enhancing the overall client experience.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within the BFSI sector, specifically in insurance.- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, resulting in increased customer loyalty and referrals.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.- Strong understanding of various insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance, and their application to different client needs.- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in a competitive market.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
