With a strong Make in India focus, Hippocrat manufactures and supplies CDSCO-approved dialysis consumables to hospitals and dialysis centers across 20 cities. The company is on a strong growth trajectory, scaling from - 32 Cr to - 200 Cr over the next two years.Role PurposeDrive hospital and dialysis center sales in Pune and nearby catchments by building strong on-ground relationships, expanding account coverage, and ensuring consistent order flow. This is a feet-on-street role, requiring discipline, credibility, and ownership of numbers.Key Outcomes Consistent monthly and quarterly sales achievement for Pune region- Growth in number of active hospital and dialysis center accounts- Increased share of wallet within existing customers- Strong on-ground visibility and recall for Hippocrat products- High quality of execution with minimal follow-up gapsKey ResponsibilitiesField Sales & Account Development- Identify, onboard, and grow hospitals and dialysis centers in the assigned territory- Build strong working relationships with nephrologists, dialysis technicians, administrators, and procurement teams- Conduct regular field visits and structured follow-ups- Drive repeat orders and consumption-based sellingOrder Generation & Coordination- Generate orders and ensure accurate handover to Internal Sales for processing- Coordinate closely with Internal Sales and Distribution teams for timely dispatches- Track deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfactionTerritory Planning & Execution- Plan daily and weekly beat plans aligned to revenue targets- Prioritize high-potential and high-volume accounts- Track market activity, pricing trends, and competitor presenceCollections & Discipline- Support timely collections in coordination with Finance and Internal Sales- Ensure adherence to agreed credit terms- Flag risks early and escalate appropriatelyCandidate Profile:Must-have:- 3-6 years of experience in medical devices, dialysis products, hospital consumables, or pharma sales- Strong experience selling to hospitals and institutional healthcare clients- Comfortable with extensive local travel- Proven ability to close and grow accounts independentlyNice-to-have- Prior experience in dialysis or renal care ecosystem- Existing network in Pune hospital landscapeSkills & Competencies- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills- High execution discipline and follow-through- Clear communication and negotiation ability- Target-driven and outcome-oriented- Ability to work independently in the field (ref:updazz.com)
